I began my career as a designer before pursuing culinary training in London, which led me to work in kitchens across London, Paris, and beyond. Early on, I designed the logo and website for a Parisian bistro, as well as several other projects.
Most recently, I co-founded holt, a restaurant born from a clear creative vision. I developed the logo and brand identity, then transitioned fully into operations and management, overseeing daily service, leading the team, and curating the guest experience.
